Client Vision and Goals:

This family came to us with a challenge: their 5-year-old stamped concrete patio was failing due to improper installation, with cracks and uneven surfaces making it unsafe and unsightly. They dreamed of transforming their backyard into a functional, luxurious retreat where they could relax and unwind daily. They wanted a space that incorporated an outdoor kitchen, entertainment features, and cozy elements for year-round enjoyment.

The failing stamped concrete was replaced with Banas Natural Stone, known for its timeless beauty, durability, and slip-resistant surface. This natural stone provides a sophisticated foundation that complements the overall design while ensuring long-term performance and safety.

Outdoor Kitchen:

A fully equipped kitchen area with high-performance appliances, including a Blaze gas grill, Kamado Joe smoker, and a Blaze power burner, Blaze Outdoor Fridge catering to all their cooking and grilling needs.

Stunning outdoor quartz countertops provide ample prep and serving space, installed atop Challenger Outdoors aluminum custom cabinetry, chosen for its durability and sleek design.

Custom Gas Fire Pit:

A centrally located gas fire pit constructed with natural stone and topped with elegant limestone coping.

The fire pit features a decorative log set, creating a natural wood-burning aesthetic without the hassle of storing and drying firewood, offering warmth and ambiance with minimal maintenance.

Entertainment Wall:

A custom composite deck wall integrates a SunBrite outdoor TV and soundbar, transforming the patio into an open-air media room. Perfect for watching the game, movie nights, or relaxing with music.

Landscape Lighting:

Strategically placed landscape lighting highlights the patio’s features, enhances safety, and creates a warm, inviting atmosphere across the yard.
